What is covered

Hardware failures

Any failure attributable to the device and identified after delivery, for 24 months from the invoice date.

Parts and labor

Repair at the OPP! workshop in Nantes or replacement with an equivalent or higher configuration.

Shipping covered

Return shipping both ways paid by OPP! whenever the failure is covered.

Priority after-sales support

Your requests go to the front of the line: five business days from receipt at the workshop, tracked from your customer account.

If a failure occurs

    Report

    You open a request from your customer account, in the after-sales support section, with the serial number and a description.

  2. 02

    Label and shipping

    We send you a shipping label. You back up, wipe and unlock the workstation before shipping it.

  3. 03

    Diagnosis in Nantes

    Repair or replacement with an equivalent or higher configuration, within five business days of receipt.

  4. 04

    Return

    The workstation is shipped back, shipping covered. The warranty continues until its original end date.
