You report the failure
From your customer account, in the after-sales support section, in a few minutes. An OPP! technician calls you back the same business day.

We qualify it together
A conversation with you and a review of the LongLife data to confirm a covered hardware failure, without sending the PC back first.

The replacement ships the next day
Same family, at least equivalent configuration and grade, French keyboard, shipped the business day after qualification, within mainland France.
- 04
You return the failed PC
Prepaid label provided, drop-off within five business days. The replacement PC is yours, and the warranty continues.
Hardware failures covered within the meaning of Article 28 of the Terms of sale, excluding workshop closure periods announced on the website. One replacement per claim. Full terms in Article 28 bis.
