- What equipment do you buy back?
- Laptops and desktops, Macs, smartphones, tablets, monitors, servers and network equipment, working or not. The value depends on the model, age and condition; devices with no resale value are directed to parts reuse or certified recycling, never exported outside the European Union.
- How is the buyback value calculated?
- Based on an inventory (model, configuration, declared condition) and our buyback price list, updated every month. You receive a quote within 24 business hours. After receipt and testing in the workshop, the value is confirmed and then deducted from your new order or paid separately.
- What do you guarantee regarding data?
- Certified erasure on every storage medium, GDPR-compliant, with one certificate per device identified by its serial number. Failed storage media are physically destroyed and tracked. Handover slips are signed at pickup.
- Is there a minimum?
- Pickup is free from 5 workstations, at one or more sites in mainland France. Below that, contact your account manager: a buyback is still possible with shipping costs.
- Can we offer the fleet to our employees instead?
- Yes, that is the OPP! Restart program: an online store dedicated to your company, refurbishment and a 2-year warranty provided by OPP!, and your employees get equipped at a reduced price. The two schemes can be combined: Restart for attractive equipment, buyback for the rest.
- What data do we get for our CSR or CSRD reports?
- A quantified summary: number of devices reused, repaired or recycled, kilograms of CO₂ avoided (about 150 kg per reused device), reuse percentage. Ready to include in your ESRS E5 indicators.
