Please note

The general terms and conditions of sale (Terms of Sale) that apply to each order placed on OPP! Shop are appended to the invoice issued. For any question, write to us at contact@oppconnect.fr.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms of Use) govern access to and use of the OPP! Shop platform (oppshop.fr), operated by the company OPP, registered in Nantes. The platform is dedicated to the purchase of refurbished IT equipment, as well as to our Restart, Buyback and Repair programs.

2. Acceptance of the terms

Use of the platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform. Any order placed on OPP! Shop also constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale (Terms of Sale) appended to the corresponding invoice.

3. Registration and user account

Access to prices and ordering requires the creation of a B2B business account. Account creation is subject to validation by our team in order to verify that the applicant is a business.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information (company name, SIRET, business email, phone number). The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to contact@oppconnect.fr.

4. Use of the platform

The platform allows business users to:

  • browse the catalog of refurbished IT products (with prices hidden for anonymous visitors)
  • build carts and place orders after account validation
  • request the Restart, Buyback and Repair programs
  • download invoices and track orders

Any abusive or fraudulent use, or use contrary to applicable law, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of the account.

5. Product warranties

Refurbished IT products sold on OPP! Shop come with a standard commercial warranty of 1 year, in addition to the statutory warranties (conformity and latent defects). Optional extensions bring this period to 24 months (OPP! Safe) or 36 months (OPP! Safe+, on eligible models, with next-day advance replacement). Repairs carried out under the Repair program are warranted for 1 year on replaced parts and labor. Products sold under the OPP! Restart program come with a specific 2-year warranty. The precise warranty conditions are detailed in the Terms of Sale appended to the invoice.

6. Personal data protection

OPP undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected during registration and orders is used solely for the performance of the contract and for commercial communication (with consent). You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@oppconnect.fr.

7. Cookies

OPP! Shop uses cookies for the proper operation of the platform and, with your consent, for statistical analysis purposes. You can view and change your preferences at any time via the cookies page.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, images, logos, trademarks, software code, visual identity) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of OPP or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Manufacturers' registered trademarks (Apple, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Samsung, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners and appear for information purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

OPP endeavors to ensure the availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. OPP shall not be held liable for indirect damages (operating losses, loss of opportunity, etc.) related to the use of the platform. This limitation does not apply to damages directly related to a product defect, which are covered by the contractual and statutory warranties.

10. Amendments to the Terms of Use

OPP reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users are informed by email of substantial changes and must accept them in order to continue using the platform. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nantes (Tribunal de commerce de Nantes), subject to applicable mandatory provisions.
