Questions IT departments and procurement teams ask
- From how many workstations do volume discounts apply?
- Catalog prices are business prices per unit, excluding tax. A discount applies from 10 units of the same model, and above 50 workstations your account manager prices the project on a custom quote, with the option to mix models and grades.
- How does payment work for a business?
- You confirm the order on the platform, which generates a proforma invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer, by SEPA direct debit with prior approval, or through Grenke leasing for projects from €500 to €200,000 excl. VAT. We do not accept credit cards. After twelve months of business together and €10,000 in paid orders, you can request 30-day payment terms.
- Can we recover the VAT?
- It depends on each product's VAT scheme, shown on its product page. Most products are sold with standard, recoverable VAT. Some second-life devices fall under the margin scheme: VAT is not shown on the invoice and therefore cannot be deducted. Your account manager can steer the selection toward either scheme based on your constraints.
- What warranty comes with a refurbished fleet?
- Every device is covered by a 12-month commercial warranty for parts and labor. Two extensions are available depending on the product: OPP! Safe (warranty extended to 24 months, hardware failures covered, priority after-sales support) and, on eligible models, OPP! Safe+ (workshop preparation, LongLife agent, warranty extended to 36 months and next-day advance replacement: a replacement workstation shipped the business day after the fault is confirmed).
- Can you deliver to multiple sites?
- Yes. Split and multi-site deliveries are provided for in our terms of sale. The contractual lead time is 5 business days for shipping after payment and 5 business days for delivery in mainland France; in practice, in-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Pallet shipments are quoted separately.
- What happens to our old fleet?
- We buy it back: free collection from 5 workstations, GDPR-compliant certified data erasure, and its value deducted from your new order or paid separately. You can also offer it to your employees through the OPP! Restart program.
